Judges Encouragement Award for Fishy posted: 20 nov 2005 Port Shorts Film Festival showcased 13 short films with a FISH theme to 500 people on 18 November. Though Emma was unable to get to Port Douglas for the screening, organisers report that A Fishy Dilemma was well received by the audience. The judging panel included Anthony Buckley (Anthony Buckley Films), Jannine Barnes (Happening Films), Linda Jackson (fashion designer) and Vaughn Mayberry (Port Douglas journalist). Four Screenings of 3 minute films with the theme of "FISH" & encompassing Super 8mm, Digital & animation will be shown on the night and will run at 6.00pm & 7.30pm & 9.00pm & midnight screening. The 2003 Port Shorts Film Festival attracted over 550 people.
